  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all switches, keycaps, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
